Evson brings together aligned investors to co-invest in unlisted Australian property assets with a focus on long-term compounding. One of our key strategic initiatives is the acquisition of land holdings on the urban fringe of Australia’s capital cities—where population pressure, infrastructure investment, and planning frameworks are driving long-term uplift.
These assets are typically zoned or near-zoned land positioned in the path of growth. We target sites that benefit from emerging demand drivers—such as employment corridors, major road or rail expansions, or adjoining rezoned precincts—yet remain priced below fully developed land. This creates a favourable asymmetry: limited downside due to land value and use optionality, with meaningful upside through planning progress, infrastructure rollout, or staging into future development.
Evson’s model is to acquire these assets either directly or via joint ventures with landowners or strategic co-investors. Our active management approach includes feasibility oversight, stakeholder engagement, and structured pathways to planning or partial divestment.
We see these holdings as long-dated compounders—capital-efficient, tax-effective, and aligned with our belief in Australia’s structural housing and industrial land shortage. Our network of investors participates alongside us, allowing us to build scale while maintaining flexibility and control.
