We target properties with strong tenant covenants, sound underlying land value, and resilient cashflows—focusing on sectors and locations where long-term fundamentals and repositioning potential align. Our acquisition range typically spans $2 million to $20 million, a segment we believe offers compelling relative value and strong risk-adjusted return potential, particularly for private capital with a hands-on mindset.

Our mandate includes industrial, large-format retail, convenience retail, and select mixed-use assets in both capital cities and sub-regional growth corridors. We favour locations supported by infrastructure investment, demographic growth, or limited competing supply—all of which enhance rental security and future valuation strength.

Evson Commercial is actively expanding the group’s holdings and welcomes new acquisition opportunities. We also consider co-investment and joint venture structures where our development and capital structuring expertise can unlock incremental value.
